Have you ever felt that you swear you have a certain item (e.g., a book, a jacket, a flashlight) but you just don’t know where it is? Or, you thought you couldn’t play piano or learn statistics but you actually can? You think only you have this problem. Turns out, not only many people suffer from this mild form of dysfunctional metacognition, many organizations and companies also do. Especially big ones.
